For a limited time

For a limited time,
You have today.
Twenty-four hours.
One thousand four hundred and forty minutes.
How will you spend them?

For a limited time,
You have the people you care about.
Family and friends, spouses and children, coworkers and church members.
How will you love them?

Parents,
For a limited time,
For eighteen years or so, God-willing,
You have your children in your home.
What will you teach them?

For a limited time,
You have your life.
You have the opportunity to obey Christ,
to live for him, to die in Him, and be with Him in glory forever,
Or not.
What will you do?

.

Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
— Ephesians 5:15-17

So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.
— Psalm 90:12
